Purpose
Drill through/blind holes on CCLs to establish connection between circuit layers and between devices and circuits.
Al: heat dissipation
Copper foil: conductive layer
Baseboard: prevent drill bit damage
Drilling conditions and capabilities
1. Drilling conditions:
* Feeds: The depth of drilling per minute
* Speeds: Number of rotations per minute
* Debris removal amount: The depth that can be penetrated by each rotation is its debris removal amount
2. Drilling capabilities:
* Minimum hole size: in case of mechanically drilled hole, the minimum hole size is 0.2mm
* Hole position tolerance (generally ±3mil)
* Hole size tolerance (usually +0/-1mil)
