Hasken jiragen sama marasa matuki masu ban sha'awa da ke nuna birane kamar Shenzhen wani abu ne da ya zama ruwan dare a duniya. Dubban jiragen sama marasa matuki suna tafiya cikin tsari mai kyau, abin kallo wanda ba wai kawai ke aiki ta hanyar software ba, har ma ta hanyar amfani da fasahar zamani: yanke shawara mai tsari, kewayawa mai inganci, sadarwa mai sauri, da kuma sarrafawa mai hankali.
Bayan wannan tsari akwai kashin bayan kayan aiki: PCBs masu daidaito (Allunan Zagaye da aka Buga) da PCBA (Taro) waɗanda ke aiki a matsayin "kwakwalwa" da "tsarin jijiyoyi" na kowace drone. Kyakkyawan waɗannan abubuwan ne ke fassara lambar rikitarwa zuwa aikin zahiri daidai.

- Kayan Aiki Masu Sauri & Kula da Impedance: Domin tabbatar da ingantaccen watsa siginar mara waya ta matakin GHz, laminates na PCB masu yawan mita, da kuma tsauraran matakan hana shiga matsala sun zama dole. Wannan yana tabbatar da Ingancin Signal (SI), yana rage raguwa da karkacewa, kuma yana hana asarar bayanai da ka iya karya samuwar.

Jiragen sama marasa matuƙa suna samun matsayi a matakin santimita ta amfani da fasahar GNSS/RTK (Real-Time Kinematic). Da'irori na RF da ke karɓar siginar tauraron ɗan adam suna da matuƙar tasiri, kuma ingancin PCBA ɗinsu kai tsaye yana ƙayyade daidaiton matsayi.
- Daidaitaccen RF Soldering: PCBA na na'urorin GNSS yana buƙatar daidaiton haɗakar na'urorin. Duk wani haɗin na'urar sanyaya sanyi na iya haifar da hayaniya da kuma haifar da karkacewar matsayi. - Babban Aminci na Taro: Girgizar da ke faruwa a cikin jirgin sama tana gwada tsawon lokacin haɗin haɗin solder. Muna amfani da hanyoyin tsaftacewa masu inganci da ayyukan Coating Conformal don inganta amincin PCBA na dogon lokaci a cikin yanayi mai danshi da girgiza.

Fasahar jiragen sama ta Drone ita ce cikakkiyar alaƙar algorithm da hardware. Ko da mafi kyawun algorithm yana buƙatar ingantaccen PCB da PCBA don aiwatarwa.
Mun fahimci wannan sosai. A matsayinmu na ƙwararren mai kera PCB kuma mai samar da kayan haɗa PCB, muna da cikakkun ƙwarewa don allon mita da sauri, HDI, da PCBs masu nauyi na jan ƙarfe.
