Zurfi a Tsarin RF PCB: Daga Tushen Aiki Zuwa Sabbin Sabbin Abubuwa

A matsayina na ƙungiyar ƙwararru mai zurfi a cikin ƙirar PCB, Cikakken Farin Ciki Mai Albarkata himmatu wajen samar da fasaha da mafita mafi girma ga masana'antar. 1. Fahimtar Halayen Da'irar RF da Manufofin Zane

(1) Halayen Da'irar RF

Da'irori na RF suna aiki a cikin yanayi mai yawan mita, wanda hakan ke sa halayen watsa siginar su ya fi rikitarwa fiye da da'irori na gargajiya. (2) Manufofin Zane na RF PCB

1. Manufofin Tsarin Mai Rarrabawa

Tsarin watsawa dole ne ya daidaita Ingancin wutar lantarki da kuma ingancin sigina:

●Rage amfani da wutar lantarkiyayin da tabbatar da isasshen wutar lantarki yana da matuƙar muhimmanci, musamman ga na'urorin hannu da sadarwa ta tauraron dan adam.

2. Manufofin Tsarin Mai Karɓa

2. Muhimman Abubuwan Tsarin RF PCB

(1) Zaɓin Kayan Aiki

1. Dielectric Constant (Dk):

Tasiri saurin juriya da yaduwar sigina.

Ina DAshine siffa ta impedance, εrshine madaidaicin dielectric, hkauri shine substrate, A cikinfaɗin bin diddigi ne, kuma tkauri ne na tagulla.

(3) Tsarin Dacewa da Wutar Lantarki (EMC)

1. Kula da Tsangwama ta Wutar Lantarki (EMI)

Tushen EMI da aka saba samu a cikin RF PCB sun haɗa da:

● Abubuwan da ke aiki

● Alamun sigina masu sauri

●Tsarin wutar lantarki

Dabaru masu tasiri wajen rage EMI:

2. Tsarin Sauƙin Lantarki (EMS)

3. Tsarin Zane na RF PCB da Mafi Kyawun Ayyuka

(1) Tsarin Zane

Tsarin da aka tsara sosai tsarishine tushen ƙirar RF PCB.

●Zaɓin sassa:Zaɓi sassa bisa ga riba, siffa ta hayaniya, da kuma yawan yankewa.

●Sarrafa sigogin parasitic:Ka yi la'akari da yadda ƙarfin parasitic da inductanceyana shafar aikin mita mai yawa.

● Tsarin bayyananne, mai ma'ana:Shirya abubuwan haɗin don ingantaccen kwararar sigina da gyara kurakurai.

(2) Tsarin Tsarin PCB

1. Ka'idojin Tsarin Gabaɗaya

Shirya kayan aiki masu aiki suna kusa da junadon rage asarar sigina.
