Bambanci Tsakanin PCBs na yumbu da PCBs na gargajiya na FR4

Kafin mu tattauna wannan batu, bari mu fara fahimtar menene PCBs na yumbu da kuma menene PCBs na FR4.

Allon Da'irar Yumbu yana nufin wani nau'in allon da'ira da aka ƙera bisa kayan yumbu, wanda kuma aka sani da PCB na yumbu (allon da'ira da aka buga). Fagen aikace-aikace na kayan aiki daban-daban:

Alumina Ceramic (Al2O3): Yana da kyakkyawan rufi, kwanciyar hankali mai zafi, tauri, da ƙarfin injiniya don dacewa da na'urorin lantarki masu ƙarfi.

Yumburan Aluminum Nitride (AlN): Tare da ƙarfin watsa zafi mai yawa da kuma kyakkyawan kwanciyar hankali na zafi, ya dace da na'urorin lantarki masu ƙarfi da filayen hasken LED.

Tukwanen Zirconia (ZrO2): Tare da ƙarfi mai yawa, tauri mai yawa da juriya ga lalacewa, ya dace da kayan lantarki masu ƙarfin lantarki mai yawa.

Fagen aikace-aikace na matakai daban-daban:
