Menene Taron BGA?

Haɗa BGA yana nufin tsarin ɗora Ball Grid Array (BGA) akan PCB ta amfani da dabarar sake haɗawa. BGA wani abu ne da aka ɗora a saman wanda ke amfani da jerin ƙwallan solder don haɗa wutar lantarki. 1. Ƙaramin sawun ƙafa
Marufin BGA ya ƙunshi guntu, haɗin gwiwa, siririn substrate, da murfin rufewa. Akwai ƙananan abubuwan da aka fallasa kuma kunshin yana da ƙarancin adadin fil. Tsawon guntu gaba ɗaya akan PCB na iya zama ƙasa da milimita 1.2.

2. Ƙarfi
